CAMP currently presents immersive productions of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, Disney’s Encanto, Trolls and Bluey.
What is the Role?
We are looking for Costumed Characters, Bluey Mascots to perform in an upcoming Bluey X CAMP immersive production in Houston, TX. The role requires non-verbal movements while in a full body character costume, providing high-quality interactions with kids and families in a high-energy, heavily themed environment. The role will require extensive knowledge of the Bluey brand (with training provided), and to incorporate that knowledge into the daily interactions while on set.Rehearsals will begin end of January.

Compensation:
- $133/day- Rehearsals
- $22/hour – Performance
- Must be between 5 ft and 5’4”
- This is fully costumed, including a size XS/ S bodysuit to be worn underneath the costume and a full headpiece
- The role will not require speaking
- Other details:
- Never speak in costume, but communicate with the public through body language and gestures
- Must never stand still and always keep up the animation to make magic happen!
- Mascot costume is full body and head - wearing the costume is an essential function of the position
- You must be local to Houston, Texasor surrounding area
- You must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
- Must be available from end of January to end of May
- This role will run through the end of May, with a possibility of extension to the end of the year
