Description
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Manager in daily duties
- Work with sales representatives to ensure daily business operations are recorded and implant re-stocks are submitted and tracked.
- Run RX Medical Spine/Pain operations during periods when Operations Manager is out for vacation, illness, etc
- Work closely with sales representatives to document and track implant/instrument sets
- Work closely with Operations Manger and sales representatives to support and complete successful audits for our manufacturing partners
- Complete and comply with all company and/or manufacturing partner’s compliance requirements, to include but not limited to, HIPAA
- Work closely with Operations Manager to ensure consistent and constant communication with sales representatives
Qualifications
Qualifications:
General understanding of spinal fusion & pain procedures. Familiarity with territory hospitals and manufacturing partner sales operations personnel. Comfort with Implant Base, Excel, etc.
