Technical Service Representative

Rx Systems, Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Service Representative . Rx Systems, Inc. is a climate-controlled facility, which is located in the Point West Industrial Park in St. Charles, MO. We are seeking a positive, team-oriented applicant that is interested in becoming part of our growing company. This position is a day shift position, hours are Monday - Friday.

JOB SUMMARY : This position provides technical support to clients via email, phone, in person which would require some travel (locally and out of state), and works under immediate supervision.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES :

• Provides technical support to clients via email, phone, or in person.
• Some travel is required, locally and out of state.
• Works under immediate supervision.
• Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the electronics field and be able to apply that knowledge in determining equipment malfunctions and restoring equipment to operation.
• This is an on-site position and attendance is an essential function of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. On-site attendance is an essential function of this position. This position requires a strong understanding of how things work and the ability to troubleshoot to solve issues.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Mechanically and technically inclined is required. Must have a good technical background, excellent customer service skills, reliable, and detail orientated. Minimum of high school diploma or a GED is required. 1-3 years of job experience is needed to be successful in this position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS : Must be able to read, speak and comprehend English.

OTHER SKILLS :

WORK ENVIROMENT : This position requires working at a desk and sitting while working on the computer in a temperature controlled office environment. Ability to travel when necessary is required.
