ONSITE / REMOTE / HYBRID : Work from home and 50% travel to customer locations
START DATE : Q1 2025
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for the sale of capital equipment machinery to end-users through an aggressive distributor network. Geographic regions to include a multi-state region in the Western USA.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages a dynamic distributor network and assesses the performance of distributors.
- Oversee Sales Pipeline.
- Lead sales assistance and support for the distributor sales personnel.
- Plan and present machine proposals and quotations based on customer requests, using input from the home office Product Management Team, end users and distributor partners.
- Oversees on-going technical training sessions for end users and distributors.
- Support customers and potential customers with problems regarding the use of our equipment and products, and suggest suitable equipment and products based on their needs.
- Obtain dimensional and technical details and requirements in preparing for a proposal.
- Locate and create new markets as well as non-traditional avenues of distribution.
- Continual on-site presence and attentiveness with end users at their locations - for all phases of the sales cycle.
- Be the expert for all operational and application phases of our company's collection of products.
- Keeps effective control of the budget for sales expenses.
