As a Senior Specialist, Fleet Maintenance at RXO, you will be responsible for ensuring company tractors and trailers are maintained and repaired. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.
What your day-to-day will look like :
- Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide advisement of repair facilities to take equipment to
- Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates
- Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers
- Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs
- Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services
- Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems
- Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system
