Responsibilities
- Work closely with the team to manage office efficiency, expedite flow, and maximize customer care so that patients have an excellent experience in the office.
- Collaborate with the team to establish and maintain relationships with patients.
- Help oversee the coordination of the front office activities including checking patients in & out, collections, answering phones, responding to e-correspondence and scheduling.
- Engage with insurance companies to verify and oversee coverage for patients.
- Attending periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.
- Performing all other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager, Clinic Director, and/or Doctor.

- Strong Computer Skills – expert ability to use a computer & electronic medical records.
- High Level of Confidentiality – Maintain patient, team member and employer confidentiality. Comply with all HIPAA regulations.
- Customer Service Oriented – Friendly, cheerful and helpful to patients and others. Ability to meet patients and others needs while following office policies.
- Detail Oriented – High attention to the multiple and minor details of a project is very important.
- Proactive & Diligent – ability to manage the flow of the office and able to anticipate the office needs.
- Front office or administrative experience required.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 37 per week
