The ideal candidate for this role is someone who's responsible, diligent, and proactive about their work. He/she will be able to wear many hats throughout the day, to work quickly, and solve problems "on the fly." Years of experience with managing a large team is a must, as well as prior experience in a chiropractic facility!

To be successful in this position:

  • You need to be extremely attentive to detail - we have lots of patients that walk through our doors every day and it is the Practice Managers job to be certain their accounts are up to date.
  • You are able to communicate effectively - the Practice Manager is the bridge between upper management and the rest of the team, so being able to work with lots of different personalities and manage expectations is key for this role.
  • You are proficient on a computer - a lot of your work as a Practice Manager will be spent in front of the computer working in our EHR system, so having a love for working with computers and learning new skills is very important.
  • You can keep a secret - confidentiality is a skill that must be mastered in this role because as the Practice Manager you will be maintaining patient, team member, and employer confidentiality. You must be able to comply with all HIPPA regulations.
  • You look at the glass as half full - we need a Practice Manager that displays a positive attitude and is a positive agent for change.
  • You have a growth mindset - We are an evolving company, and it is very important that all of our team members share in willingness to grow and evolve.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the coordination of the front office activities including checking patients in & out, collections, answering phones, and scheduling.
  • Facilitating the flow of the back office operations by delegating responsibilities to the assistants and massage therapists.
  • Ensuring high quality care of patients by reviewing and researching concerns or complaints.
  • Training new staff on the activities of the front office to ensure that company standards are met.
  • Engaging with insurance companies to verify and oversee coverage for patients as well as manage billing inquiries and resolution of insurance disputes.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with local businesses including gyms, corporate offices, and schools.
  • Maintaining adequate front office supplies and ensuring supply purchases are cost efficient and within the budget.
  • Attending periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.
  • Performing all other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Medical Front Office or administrative experience required.
  • Supervisory or management experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
