The Procore Administrator plays a vital role in the overall administration of the company's Procore project management platform, ensuring its smooth operation and effective management. This role is responsible for managing user permissions to ensure team members have access to the necessary tools and information. Additional responsibilities include creating custom company reports, managing system configurations, and integrating various products within the Procore system.

The Procore Administrator will configure company and project-level settings, define user access levels, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data within Procore. They will provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training on Procore features. The role also involves creating customized reports, supporting document organization and management, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure company and projectlevel settings in Procore.
• Define user access levels, roles, permissions, and access privileges.
• Ensure all data in Procore is accurate and uptodate.
• Create custom company reports and design report templates tailored to organizational needs.
• Set up workflow structures for project management and financial tools.
• Assist users in understanding Procore features and provide troubleshooting support.
• Provide support for the administration and space allocation of the CAD/CAFM database.
• Assist in organizing and managing projectrelated documents and handling customer inquiries.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of experience administering construction project management software or similar systems/databases.
• A combination of education in engineering, computer science, construction, information systems, project management, architecture, or related fields, or equivalent experience of at least three (3) years.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Procore Administration experience or Owner/Admin certification.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Comprehensive understanding of construction and project management processes.
• Experience with ComputerAided Facilities Management (CAFM) applications and facility space planning functions.

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to support team members and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in managing data integrity and creating detailed reports.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
