Compensation: $30-$40/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Analyst to support and optimize the online presence of major consumer brands. This role combines digital strategy, data analysis, and vendor management to drive improvements in customer experience, conversions, and digital performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance brand performance, drive engagement, and optimize conversion rates.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and improvement areas.
- Leverage inputs from customer satisfaction (CSAT) data, reviews, and Q&A to enhance the online customer experience for assigned brands.
- Provide detailed reporting and insights across digital channels, focusing on content, product information, assortment, and competitive gaps.
- Optimize cross-sell, up-sell, and bundling strategies using data to improve conversion rates and basket size.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams and suppliers to execute project plans aligned with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technologies to continuously improve strategies and execution.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.
Project Highlights:

- Align with merchandising and supplier teams to execute digital strategies effectively.
Requirements (Top Skills):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, retail merchandising, or vendor management.
- Proficiency in vendor management systems and experience supporting major consumer brands in the digital space.
- Strong knowledge of Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and intermediate-to-advanced functionalities (Excel test required).
- Previous analyst experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with digital performance analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and presenting to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, and merchandising best practices.
