Position Summary
As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems. You'll provide technical support to our team, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage vendor relationships, and assist with software development initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- IT Helpdesk Support: Provide technical consulting, resolve break/fix issues, and support end-users across 13 networks and 500 users.
- Software Development Assistance: Collaborate with the development team to support and enhance software applications.
- Metrics and Analysis: Generate reports, validate dashboards, and provide trend analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Hardware Setup: Assist with the setup and support of hardware devices for end-users.
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology (IT).
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience in an office environment.
- Systems analysis and evaluation.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent active listening and communication abilities.
- Operations monitoring and process improvement.
- Salesforce experience preferred
