We are looking for a full-time, bilingual landscape plant maintenance crew member. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience with great benefits. What does a landscape plant maintenance crew member do?
- Assist in landscape plant and bed maintenance on residential and commercial properties.
- Pruning trees and shrubs, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, planting and clean ups on a regular schedule.
- Work well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties.
- Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services.
- Posses a general knowledge of tree and shrub maintenance practices.
- Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property.
Requirements
- 6 months of landscape maintenance experience preferred
- Speak and communicate fluently in Spanish
- Valid driver's license is required
- Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day
