What does a RYAN Maintenance Crew Member do?
- Maintain customer properties on a weekly basis, or more often if requested by clients. This includes mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and pruning trees and shrubs.
- Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf clean-ups, bed clean-ups, cutbacks, aeration, verticutting, power raking, and overseeding of lawns.
- Interact with clients daily regarding RYAN services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 mile a day or more.
- Possesses a General knowledge of mowing, plant maintenance, landscape management practices.
- Problem Solving Skills
- General knowledge of department specific equipment maintenance and operation.
- Ability to work outside in all weather, year round
- Safely operates departmental specific equipment as assigned
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to Maintain DOT certification
