What You'll Do as an Entry-Level Turf Applicator/ Route Manager:
- Apply turfgrass treatments, including fertilization, aeration, seeding, and pest control.
- Learn and apply best practices in turf management and lawn care.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.
- Diagnose turfgrass issues and implement effective solutions with team guidance.
- Maintain and operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Grow your knowledge of horticulture, agronomy, and Ryan’s wide range of services.

Requirements
- No prior experience necessary—training provided!
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Willingness to obtain a state-issued pesticide applicator license within 3 months
