- Process and manage billing tasks assigned by senior billing staff.
- Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers regarding billing inquiries and issues.
- Handle incoming phone calls and respond promptly to emails related to billing queries.
- Prepare and distribute invoices via mail, email, and electronic methods.
- Maintain accurate records of billing activities and transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and billing procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
- Comfortable using computers and proficient in relevant software applications.
