- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Explain daily features, answer questions, and make recommendations regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
- Process payments and provide accurate change
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service
```Experience```
- Must have at least two years' of fine dining experience (i.e. places like Ruth's Chris, etc.)
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of culinary terms and food preparation techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Exceptional customer service skills to create a positive dining experience for guests
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Basic wine knowledge
