We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman to join our team!

Responsibilities :
Oversee and manage projects
Responsible for manpower scheduling for projects
Layout of sheetmetal, units, vavs and other equipment
Attend weekly jobsite meetings and provide reports
Responsibility for ordering materials needed for each jobsite
Ability to read / follow blueprints, layout and run own projects
Plan the layout of HVAC units / piping, using drawings
Assist with installation of ductwork on jobs as a working foreman role
Complete daily paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
Collaborate with PMs regarding project deliverables to ensure projects are completed in a timely manor
Monitor and track all materials on projects
Responsible for all onsite Safety adherence and completion of necessary paperwork
Qualifications :
Past experience as an HVAC Sheetmetal Foreman for min 5 years
Valid Drivers License (Clean)
OSHA 30 & SST Supervisor Certification
FDNY G60 & F60 & EPA Certification a plus but not required
Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
Excellent English speaking and writing
