We are currently seeking a Lead Install Technician to join our team in Bristol, CT. As a Lead Install Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of various systems and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Overview:
- Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation
- Provide training and guidance to junior technicians
- Maintain accurate records of project details and progress
Responsibilities:
- Lead installation projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to determine project requirements
- Supervise and train junior technicians on proper installation techniques
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during installation

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in installation and maintenance of systems and equipment
