Salary and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate starting at $36 and up depending on experience
Generous PM shift and weekend differentials
Full-Time: $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
Part-Time/Per Diem: Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with employer match, cell phone plan, and tuition reimbursement
Job Description
As a Community Healthcare Provider, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans that promote resident autonomy and satisfaction. Your comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments will inform the coordination of care among interdisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless transitions throughout the day. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Current RN license in the state for which applying
- Current CPR certification
- Prior nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, or post-acute care preferred
- New graduates welcome
