Dining Room Supervisor Role
Under general supervision, the primary role of the Dining Room Supervisor is to oversee and direct dining room team members. Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising the setup of tables, serving food, cleaning and maintenance of the dining room, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ensuring that food is handled in accordance with sanitary standards, recognized food serving practices, and state regulations.
- Running Show Time meetings to review menu items, behaviors, and service standards.
- Attending daily Connect meetings and production meetings as requested.
- Overseeing the work of Wait Staff, including instructing them in performance of duties and preparing work schedules.
The successful candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent, preferably some college education, and a minimum of 6 months of professional managerial experience in a related field or equivalent knowledge. ServSafe certification and/or Food Handlers Certification is required, with CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) Certification being preferred.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.
