Ryder is excited to invite applications for the role of Dedicated Solo Class A CDL Driver!
Get paid weekly!
Enjoy a weekly guarantee of $1205.
Earn $0.47 per mile with a commitment of 2500 miles per week.
Receive $12.00 for each stop (approximately 5 stops per week).
Earn $6.00 for every drop or hook.
Sign-On Bonus : $1000 after 30 days and another $1000 at 90 days.
Shutdown Bonus : $2000 in 2 installments.
Quarterly Safety Bonus : $250 when applicable.
Flexible schedule options available : Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday.
Start times vary based on our Bid System.
Your deliveries will primarily be to KY & TN.
Routes are local and you will be home daily!
Drive a Day Cab tractor.
Pull a Dry Van (53').
No touch freight : You'll be hauling auto parts.
Strong backing skills are essential.

As a Ryder driver, you will make decisions to ensure safety, and we support your job security when you prioritize it.
Requirements :
Must be at least 21 years old.
Pass a Ryder drug test.
Pass a background and motor vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
Pass a DOT physical.
Pass a Ryder road test.
Hold a valid Class A CDL with required endorsements for this position.
Minimum Class A verified experience :
9 months experience in the last 3 years, OR
2 years experience in the last 5 years, OR
5 years experience in the last 10 years.
Able to follow written and oral instructions.
Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Identify and minimize safety hazards.
Maintain accurate records and logs.
Load and unload freight or assist in loading / unloading as required by the customer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
