Ryder Drivers Enjoy Weekly Pay
Guaranteed Weekly Earnings of $1360
Mileage Compensation : $0.54 per Mile, Expecting 2500 Miles Weekly
Stop Compensation : $11.00 per Stop, Typically 5 - 10 Stops per Week
Drop and Hook Compensation : $6.00 per Drop / Hook
Work Schedule : Monday to Friday with some Saturdays
Flexible Start Times Required for AM and PM Shifts
Attractive Sign-On Bonus : $1000 after 30 days and another $1000 after 90 days
Shutdown Bonus : Earn up to $2000 in Two Installments within Your First Year
Quarterly Safety Bonus : Up to $250 Based on Eligibility
Deliveries Made SOLO to : IN, IL, AR, MO, KY, TN
Local Routes with Daily Home Time
Tractor Type : Day Cab - both manual and automatic
Trailer Type : 53' Dry Van with Swing Doors
Freight Type : No Touch Freight - Auto Parts
Strong Backing Skills Are Essential

Position Requirements :
Must Be at Least 21 Years Old
Pass a Drug Test and Background Check
Valid CDL with Required Endorsements
Commercial Driving Experience :
9 Months Within the Last 3 Years, OR
- 2 Years’ Experience Within the Last 5 Years, OR
- 5 Years’ Experience Within the Last 10 Years
Able to Follow Detailed Instructions and Interpret Regulations
Key Responsibilities :
Adhere to All Federal / State Regulations and Standards
Identify and Mitigate Safety Hazards
Maintain Accurate Records and Logs
Assist with Loading and Unloading Freight as Required
Perform Other Duties as Assigned
