Job Description
This Forklift Operator role involves performing warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading and unloading of trucks. Additionally, the individual will provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and have one year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience. A valid forklift operator's license is also required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential. The ideal candidate should be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up practices.
