Key Responsibilities: Menu Creation & Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and innovate a creative, seasonal menu that highlights fresh, high-quality ingredients and seasonal flavors. Food Preparation & Execution: Oversee the preparation, cooking, and plating of all dishes with a focus on consistency, presentation, and taste. Leadership & Team Collaboration: Lead and motivate kitchen staff to maintain a high level of productivity, professionalism, and culinary skill. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-energy kitchen environment. Quality Control: Ensure all food items meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation. Inventory & Ordering: Manage inventory, ensure proper food storage, and maintain supplies in accordance with budget and kitchen needs. Guest Experience: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and that guests are consistently impressed with the food offerings. Requirements: Proven experience as a chef, sous chef, or in a leadership role in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. Passion for creating delicious, high-quality food with an emphasis on fresh, local ingredients. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse kitchen team. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work well under pressure and maintain composure during busy service times.
