Come join us for an extraordinary career in a high growth, team-oriented company!As a Chemical Technical Services Manager, you will proactively support our field team and customers with all chemical initiatives, issues, and infield training. You will be the primary contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Western US / Canada for all chemicals and application system needs.Essential Duties : Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all chemical / application systems commonly used in our industry.Keep other functional NCS positions informed of happenings in the industry.Always know the pulse of the industry.Identify new product innovation ideas via VOB & VOC - Chemical, application, equipment, technology, etc.Sales / demo support when requested by the field sales team.Technical customer support when requested.Key stakeholder of NPD (New Product Development) process.“Own” the NPD field-testing process.Key SME trainer for sales / service teams and customers in all facets : chemicals, applications, optimization, operations.Qualifications : Track record of being a strong team player.Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; or equivalent practical experience.3-5 years Car Wash Chemical Experience.Advanced mechanical knowledge & aptitude.Ability to communicate internally and externally across all levels of the organization.Good Microsoft Office skills and basic knowledge of a computer.Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service and support.Ability to function with minimal supervision and work in a team environment - must be a self-starter and be extremely self-motivated.Exemplary organizational skills, attention to detail, and a “get it done” attitude.Ability to support overnight travel 50% of the time based on territory & customer needs.Salary Range : $76,000 - $115,000Grow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility, and opportunities for advancement.
