Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Strategic Transformation team within the Supply Chain division. The program manager will play a crucial role in supporting strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and overall performance of our supply chain operations. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Project Support: Provide analytical support for strategic transformation projects, including project planning, execution, and monitoring. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of supply chain strategies. Generate insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, share findings, and facilitate decision-making processes
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- 2-4 years of experience in supply chain analysis, strategic planning, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Experience with supply chain management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Project management experience or certification (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and uncertainty
