Role Overview
In your role as an Crew Leader, your deep expertise in remodeling various interior spaces including bathrooms, kitchens, outdoor living spaces, and general room remodels will be a significant driving force in providing unparalleled services to our clients. You and a helper will be responsible for the day to day work involved in these remodels.
We only work 30 minutes from our home office in Hurricane so there is no overnight travel or long hours in a truck getting to and from jobs. We value your family time and rarely work Saturdays and never work Sunday. We take all major holidays off and work normal business hours.
Skills and Requirements
We believe the ideal candidate should possess the following:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in interior carpentry and remodeling. Skills could include drywall, framing, tile, flooring, trim carpentry, plumbing, or painting.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
