We believe in work-life balance, we work normal business hours, never on Sundays, and rarely on Saturdays. Plus, we keep our projects within a 30-minute radius of our home office, so you won't spend long hours in a truck commuting.

As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for executing and managing interior remodeling projects, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and smooth operations on-site. You will lead a helper, handle job site logistics, and collaborate with project managers to complete remodels on time and within budget. This role is ideal for someone with a well-rounded skill set in residential remodeling who enjoys taking ownership of projects and mentoring others.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform interior remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and general room remodels
- Work with various materials and tasks, such as drywall, framing, tile, flooring, trim carpentry, plumbing, and painting
- Supervise a helper, ensuring productivity and skill development
- Manage daily job site operations and ensure projects meet quality and timeline expectations
- Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to maintain project efficiency
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential remodeling, with expertise in at least three of the following: Drywall installation and finishing, framing and carpentry, tile setting, flooring installation, basic plumbing, painting, and finishing
- Experience leading a small crew or training helpers in construction or remodeling
- Ability to troubleshoot job site challenges and offer creative solutions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, work orders, and material lists
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Full Time position (40 to 45 hours per week)
- Competitive hourly pay at $21 to $25 per hour plus performance bonuses
