Your Role as a Sales Advocate
You’ll be the friendly face customers rely on for wireless solutions tailored to their needs. Your bilingual skills will enable you to connect with a diverse community, building relationships and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage Customers: Welcome and assist customers with personalized wireless solutions.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets for devices, accessories, and service plans.
- Be a Product Expert: Stay informed about Cricket Wireless products, services, and promotions to deliver knowledgeable recommendations.
- Provide Stellar Service: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain Store Excellence: Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Team Player: Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
- Customer Service Focus: A passion for helping others and delivering solutions with a smile.
- Sales Drive: Prior experience in retail or commission-based sales is preferred but not required. We’ll train the right candidate with the ambition to succeed.

Job Details:
- Pay: $13.26 - $13.97 per hour, plus commission.
- Expected Hours: 35 hours per week.
- Shifts: Flexible scheduling with 8-hour and 10-hour shifts available during store hours:
- Monday-Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM
- Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM
