Key Responsibilities:

Lead Mitigation Technician Responsibilities:

• Be the main point of contact for customers.
• Complete paperwork with homeowners.
• Take daily readings and photos.
• Lead the restoration project.
• Set up and monitor equipment.
• Work weekends and evenings if needed.
• Be skilled in drywall flood cuts.
• Follow procedures and document all work.

Supervision:

• Report to the Operations Manager and Office Manager.
• Supervise the Team Coordinator and Accounting Team Lead.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the restoration industry.

• Knowledge of mold, water, fire.
