Vigilant Restoration is a full-service restoration company serving Horry, Georgetown and Brunswick counties. We are looking for an employee who fits our values to be a successful Mitigation Manager, based on making sure the customer comes first.
Here are some highlights of the Mitigation Manager position:
*On-site interaction with clients, very strong communication, and customer service skills.
*Candidate will help to sell jobs.
*Field Management of mitigation crews, including demolition of damaged facilities in preparation for repairs.
*Scoping and estimation of jobs. Xactimate knowledge preferred with at least 2 years working knowledge.
* Supervision of Demolition, Board up, On- site clean -up, Equipment maneuvering.
*Drying logs and daily site checks. Moisture Tracking
*IICRC Certification for Water and Fire and ASD Certifications are preferred.
*Vehicles are provided for work
*Uniforms are provided
*Holiday pay and Bonus Pay

*On Call Supervision of after-hours teams will be required on rotation.
