ADVENTURE GUIDE - JOB DESCRIPTION
No experience required! Seeking professionals who are interested in providing great customer service and experience while working in a fun outdoor environment. Guides are responsible for a one-of-a-kind guest experience. Guides must have a positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills and be able to focus on safety.

Responsibilities
- Interact with guests, encouraging them to reach new heights
- Harness guests and familiarize them with the safety equipment they will be using during their adventure
- Ensure all course operations are conducted in accordance with safety standards
- Supervise guests’ participation and assist guests who need help on the course
- Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings
- Assist, retail, food service, and ticket sales as needed
- Inspect all personal protective equipment (PPE) prior to and after use
- Properly inspects all course components and course gear
- Complete inspections and all other appropriate paperwork
- Assist with other duties in the park as needed
Qualifications
- 17 years of age or older for at-height positions
- 16 year olds may apply and will be considered for Guests Services only position
- Great verbal communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Dependable, responsible, reliable, and able to take directions as needed
- Comfortable working at heights of 50 or more feet (for at-height positions)
- Eagerness to work outdoors
- Not afraid of occasional periods of diverse weather conditions
- Able to navigate through our course and stand for long periods of time
- Must pass initial training
- Must be able to pass background check
- Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Schedule
- Must have a flexible schedule with full availability on the weekends and all holidays.
- The site operates year-round, but visitation fluctuates seasonally. Those seeking seasonal employment only are welcome to apply.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
