What You’ll Do
Lead & Mentor: Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to a team of claims adjusters.
Oversee Daily Operations: Monitor claims processing and assist with claim allocation.
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Provide management oversight of claims files, ensuring adherence to client guidelines and best practices.
Support Employee Development: Track team performance and offer coaching to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Manage Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee timecards, PTO requests, and notify upper management as necessary.
Facilitate Client Communication: Assist clients with escalated inquiries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Contribute to Team Success: Foster an environment that encourages collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
What You Bring to the Table
5-6 years of claims experience with a strong background in property claims
1-2 years of team leadership or management experience
TPA experience (Required)
Proficiency in Xactimate estimating software
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy mindset with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
