About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Designer to join our team at S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing fabrication HVAC piping/plumbing drawings using AutoCAD and Revit MEP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Laying out Revit 3D views, sheets, or drawings.
- Creating Revit templates.
- Developing Revit schedules of components, parts, and bill of material.
- Organizing (spooling) pipe for fabrication.
- Creating shop drawings for field installation.
- Providing technical assistance and support to other team members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
- 2 years' experience in Mechanical and Plumbing System Design/Drafting required.
- Advanced training and experience in current AutoCAD software required.
