What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aquatic Gate Staff Coordinator position at S.A.F. GUARDING, LLC?
Overview:
Gate staff managers are responsible for monitoring and checking on the gate staff of their assigned locations.
Gate staff managers will be responsible for training and overseeing gate monitors. They will be in charge of scheduling, time keeping and also be responsible for any open shifts or call ins. They will be required to do check-ins and shifts of thier own.
Compensation will be based on job experience

Responsibilities of your gate monitors -Monitor/Checking in the coming and going of patrons at the front gate -Enforcing all facility rules -In proper attire which includes uniform and personal protective equipment -Conducts themselves in a professional manner at all times.
Performs secondary duties as needed including opening/closing duties -Must maintain CPR/First Aid Adult Child and Infant certification (Training Provided) -Ensures all opening and closing procedures are completed to standard Qualifications.
Must be at least 18 years of age -Maintain CPR/First Aid AED Certification.
Have reliable transportation.
Able to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods in extreme weather conditions within safe parameters (heat, wind, rain, etc.) -Able to lift up to 50lbs -Ability to communicate with patrons in a friendly and helpful manner.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
