Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patrons entering the facility in a courteous and professional manner.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or safety concerns.
- Communicate effectively with staff, patrons, and management to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and order around the entrance and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine checks of equipment and supplies needed for gate operations.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures for the facility.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 15 years old.
- Availability: 15-40 hours per week (Tuesday-Sunday, including weekends).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or security (preferred but not required).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in varying conditions.
