Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of lifeguards, ensuring professionalism and high performance.
- Oversee safety procedures, enforce pool rules, and respond promptly to emergencies.
- Assist in training, mentoring, and scheduling lifeguards.
- Conduct routine chemical and safety checks to maintain compliance.
- Lead opening and closing procedures and help uphold facility cleanliness.
- Represent the team during in-service training and employee development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 15 years old.
- Proven experience as a lifeguard (2 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Current certifications: Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED, and First Aid (required).
- Availability to work 15-40 hours per week, including weekends.
