For our client, we are looking for an experienced warehouse manager. We are looking for people who have experience in managing a team of permanent and temporary employees and know logistics processes.
This includes all order fillers, sales personnel that work at our pickup counter, stock specialists, receiving and shipping department personnel, as well as drivers for our fleet of trucks.
The position is responsible for the physical organization of shelves and product, contributing to an efficiently running distribution model.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
1 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor
1-2 years supervisory experience
Effective interpersonal skills in driving employee performance-solving abilities to positively manage conflict.
Meet customer requirements in a fast-paced work environment with a strong customer service orientation.
