Job Overview
The S and T Bank is seeking an experienced professional to support its Treasury Sales team in a key administrative role. As a Commercial Treasury Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests for updates and maintenance of signature cards, account resolutions, beneficial ownership documents, wire set ups, repetitive money transfer agreements, and corresponding bank/treasury documents.
- Follow up on deposit accounts opened and correct deficiencies or document exceptions.
- Assign work received via email to TMSI and Deposit Operations/Wire employees.
- Maintain a good working relationship with bank employees in other departments and business lines.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, plus specialized training, a two-year degree or equivalent work experience.
- Requires five to ten years general experience, with customer service and/or treasury product experience preferred.
