Full time on site contract roleJob Description : Your Mission Process high volume invoices through cloud-based end to end purchase requisition to invoice system with exceptional speed and accuracy.Maintain Accounts Payable subledger within SAP financial system Process and administer payment runs, ensuring proper approvals have been obtained prior to payment.Verify and maintain vendor setup in all relevant systems as well as ensuring proper documentation compliance, such as tax documents and electronic banking details, is received.Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.Maintain vendor relationships.Administer invoices from paper-based vendors, and / or submit invoices into cloud-based system as necessary.Provide backup support and cross training for other Accounts Payable team members as necessary.Partner with the Accounts Payable team to increase efficiencies in day-to-day processes.Assist in preparing periodic tax filings as needed Participate in ad hoc requests and special projects as neededYour Talent : 3-5 years Accounts Payable experienceFunctional with ExcelMust be a team playerStrong communication and organizational skills are essentialSuperb attention to detailAbility to work within a fast-paced environmentSAP experience a plusCanada provincial sales tax experience a plusCanada T4A / Releve 1 experience a plus1099 processing experience preferred
