Job Description
The successful candidate will have a strong background in QA/QC and experience working with OSHPD-1. They will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to maintain quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on QA/QC requirements.
- Maintain detailed records and reports for regulatory compliance and project documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC for commercial construction.
- Direct experience with OSHPD-1 is required.
- Strong knowledge of California Building Codes, Title 24, and regulatory compliance.
- Certified Special Inspector (ICC, ACI) or other QA/QC-related certifications preferred.
- Experience in healthcare, education, or institutional construction is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in QA/QC documentation, reporting tools, and construction management software.
