About Us
S&B USA Concessions is a leader in the development, investment, construction, operation and financing of large scale infrastructure P3 projects globally. We’re looking for highly motivated, experienced junior/mid-level project finance associate to join the Concessions team at S&B USA. In this role the candidate will have the chance to contribute to meaningful involvement in innovative infrastructure projects that benefit communities across the United States.
Position Details:
This is a full-time position to be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Washington DC, or possibly New York, NY. The salary range is commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities:
- Financial modelling for P3 and other capital project transactions
- Financial analysis for grant / funding of public infrastructure
- Delivering projects for both public and private sector infrastructure clients
- Leading and supporting multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Business case, report drafting, client management
- Business development including development opportunities, external events and responding to RFQs/RFPs and RFIs
- Communication and presentation of results to management
- Authoring thought leadership
- Leading team development and growth initiatives
Technical Knowledge:
- Related industry experience, typically 5-7 years in US P3 infrastructure or construction finance, investment management, investment banking, project finance, consulting or industry (corporate, strategic).
- Previous experience with infrastructure preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Deal co-ordination experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, or related field.
- Post-graduate qualifications eg CFA (preferred).
- Deep understanding of infrastructure sector, investment processes.
