Compensation
At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States can be found in the JOB INFO section below. Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C's annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria.
Join Our Team as a Business Systems Analyst!
Are you passionate about Salesforce? S&C Electric Company is seeking a dynamic individual to coordinate our business systems function. As a Business Systems Analyst, you'll be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to design process mapping, requirement gathering, mock-ups, and wireframes
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units to ensure alignment, integration of solutions, and project success
- Document and create current and future state processes and the underlying systems and applications as assigned
- Deliver requirements and process documentation, and facilitate design based on functional requirement
- Lead analysis and recommendation of software and IT solutions that align with overall systems and business requirements
- Communicate progress and priorities to leadership and business partners
- Review end-user training documentation and assist in training as needed
- Facilitate Agile practices within projects, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement and delivery
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business analyst, leadership, or project management roles within IT or functional business areas
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Demonstrated experience mapping complex business processes
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
- Able to leverage best practices for partnering with stakeholders to define requirements of the business processes and translate them into technical specifications
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Projects, or other similar tools
- Experience with design tools such as Figma for process mapping, wireframes, and mock-ups
- Willingness to travel as needed for team member discussions and business partnerships
