Overview
SD Barnes Construction is an established independent construction company that is growing and has identified a need for a diverse and qualified administrative assistant / project coordinator with construction knowlege. We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual who has the abiltiy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be both an independent worker and a team player.

Duties

  • Assist in the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Coordinate communication between the owner, design team, and subcontractors
  • Setting up and maintaining project documentation including contracts, proposals and reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably as an Administrative Coordinator or similar position.
  • Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Construction knowlege.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for calendar management and office tasks.
  • ProCore knowlege preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
