We are looking for a highly organized Office & Project Coordinator to support daily office operations and assist in managing construction projects.
Responsibilities
✅ Provide administrative support to the Managers and Office.
✅ Manage scheduling, emails, and client communications.
✅ Assist with project documentation, contracts, and permits.
✅ Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and material orders.
✅ Maintain and update company records, invoices, and reports.
✅ Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
✅ Handle data entry, office supplies management, incoming and outgoing product shipments, and general administrative duties.
✅ Ensure compliance with safety regulations and background clearance requirements.
Qualifications
✔ Knowledge of construction/sports facility terminology or experience in a similar field
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
✔ Ability to learn and use our construction software.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Must pass a background check (required for working with schools and public institutions).
