Wholegoods Manager
We are seeking a detailed and well-organized individual as a Wholegoods Manager. The Wholegoods Manager is responsible for processing accounts payable transactions related to equipment purchases. This includes verifying invoices, coding expenses, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. The Wholegoods Manager will also be responsible for reconciling vendor statements, resolving discrepancies, maintaining accurate records of equipment purchases, and updating sales spreadsheets for sales staff.
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable transactions for equipment purchases
- Verify invoices and code expenses accurately
- Ensure timely payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of equipment purchases
- Assist with month-end closing activities as needed
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding payment status
- Update sales spreadsheets to ensure accurate information is available for sales team
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
