Contractor Rates
- $25 - $40 per billable hour

Qualifications
- Must be a North Carolina Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA, LCAS/LCASA, LP/LPA
General Responsibilities
- Complete Intake Assessment for the assigned beneficiary
- Develop treatment plans/PCP for each assigned beneficiary
- Provide individual, group, family, or family group therapy for the assigned beneficiary(s)
- Complete daily services notes for the beneficiary.
