The Position: Were looking for an Account Manager. This is a full-time position that works Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Some flexibility in hours will be required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand
- 40 hours of PTO after 90 days, 80 hours after 1 year of employment with additional increases after 3 and 7 years

Required Education and Experience:
- Two years or more of aggressive and proven sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have restriction free and valid driver’s license
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient/ strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, executives, and other employees of the organization.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases and welding supplies
Responsibilities:
The Account Manager will focus on increasing our customer base in the welding, gases, industrial, and safety industries while maintaining existing accounts. This position requires someone that will actively pursue new business, increase existing sales through solution selling, provide customers with competitive pricing, and represent a wide variety of product offerings. Other Key responsibilities include all aspects of customer service, sales, A/R, training, cylinder issues, disputes, problems, and solving these issues to the customers satisfaction.
Salary: Minimum $50,000 base salary plus commission. Starting wage is dependent on education and experience.
