Job Summary:

Compensation & Benefits:
We offer competitive pay for this flat rate role, with an opportunity to make $70,000-$100,000 annually. Additionally, we provide biweekly pay, allowing you to be compensated for your hard work in a timely manner. Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed
- Utilize various tools, equipment, and techniques to repair body damage, such as welding, sanding, and painting
- Follow manufacturer's specifications and guidelines to ensure repairs are done in a safe and effective manner
- Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep work area clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Body Shop Technician
- Proven skills in repairing damaged vehicles
- In-depth knowledge of various tools, equipment, and techniques used in body repair
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturer's specifications and guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
