Assistant Manager Production

Full-Time

$1,000 Sign on Bonus

Monday-Friday Day Shift 7am-3:30pm

South St Louis City (Carondelet Area)

Pay Range: $17-$20 based on experience

We have a rare Assistant Manager position open due to a retirement. This opportunity allows you to start at mid-level with the opportunity to grow into a management position later on.

Responsibilities

· Run production on various industrial machinery

· Effectively manage staff to meet production goals

· Ensure all safety procedures are followed while promoting safety at all times

· Monitor quality control to ensure product specifications are met

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience working with industrial machinery including set-ups and changeovers

· Experience managing people

· Work cooperatively with others

· Ability to perform job duties with strong commitment to safety and accident prevention

· Manage multiple priorities

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

· Experience with Production equipment

· High School Diploma or GED
