What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at S.N.S Property Management?
SNS Property Management is looking for a Leasing consultant to join our team.
Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
- Sources new prospects through networking, cold calling, and general marketing.
- Implements a leasing plan, which may include but is not limited to, marketing the property, calling prospective tenants, site selection, negotiating build-out costs, and market studies.
- Works closely with Managers, tenants, and prospects on leasing.
- Tracks performance goals of the properties and leasing activity.
- Prepares leasing pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas.
- Prepares strategic leasing plans for the property.
- Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents
- Assist with all lease renewals
- Inspect and maintain vacant units on a daily basis
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality to ensure all essential duties are fulfilled to a satisfactory level
- Other duties may be assigned as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
