SNS Property Management is looking for an assistant property manager to join our team.
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
Assist the Property Manager with rent collections, late notices, and property management.
- Sources new prospects through networking, and general marketing.
- Works closely with manager, tenants, and prospects on leasing apartments.
- Prepares to lease pipeline reports and business plans for their portfolio with creative and aggressive marketing ideas.
- Assist the property manager with preparing strategic leasing plans for the property, NTV, and processing move-outs.
- Communicates regularly, professionally, and effectively with agencies and Company management and staff.
- Helps execute promotional and markdown activity on a timely basis and according to Company guidelines
- Inspect and maintain vacant and occupied units.
- Responsible for Renewals and Assist manager with Work orders.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week

- Property management: 3 years (Preferred)
- Property leasing: 1 year (Preferred)
